  • Robin Gunson

    Head of Developments

    Robin has worked for Spectrum for 30 years and has a wealth of knowledge of the management of challenging behaviours. Robin is based at Underground House alongside the Behavioural Team. He co-hosts the open sessions for individuals and families affected by autism. Robin also works with the training department delivering much of our positive behavioural support courses.

  • Mark Beniston

    Head of Operations

    Mark has taken over the role of Head of Operations June 2016. Mark has a wealth of experience working with people with complex and challenging needs within a wide variety of settings including residential, secure in-patient and community teams. Prior to joining Spectrum Mark spent four years operationally managing social care services for people with autism and/or learning disabilities across the South West and Wales as well as working in business growth and service design and re design.

  • Darren Moyle

    Behaviour Specialist

    Darren has worked with individuals with learning disabilities for over 25 years and is a qualified Learning Disability Nurse. Darren has worked for Spectrum for 18 years; ten years as a Behaviour Specialist in the Behaviour & Assessment Team. Darren is based at Underground House although he is often at the homes supporting service users and teams with behavioural analysis and interventions and assessing new clients. Darren is responsible for coordinating potential new service user referrals and carrying out service needs assessments for these individuals. He is also one of Spectrum’s Positive Behaviour Management (PBM) trainers.
